Welcome to Roam! These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of our mobile application ("App") and our services (collectively, "Services"). By accessing or using our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, please do not use our Services.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account, accessing, or using our Services, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not access or use our Services.

You must be at least 18 years old to use our Services. By using our Services, you represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms.

• Our Content: Our Services and their entire contents, features, and functionality (including but not limited to all information, software, text, displays, images, video, and audio) are owned by Roam App, its licensors, or other providers of such material and are protected by copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property or proprietary rights laws.

Your use of our Services is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which can be found at https://www.roamapp.site/privacy-policy. Please review our Privacy Policy to understand how we collect, use, and share information about you.

7. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and access to our Services immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including if you breach these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use our Services will immediately cease. If you wish to terminate your account, you may simply discontinue using our Services.

8. Disclaimers

Our Services are provided "as is" and "as available" without any warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, or course of performance. Roam does not warrant that the Services will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.

9. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Roam, its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from (i) your use or inability to use our Services; (ii) any unauthorized access to or use of our servers and/or any personal information stored therein; (iii) any interruption or cessation of transmission to or from our Services; (iv) any bugs, viruses, trojan horses, or the like that may be transmitted to or through our Services by any third party; (v) any errors or omissions in any content or for any loss or damage incurred as a result of the use of any content posted, emailed, transmitted, or otherwise made available through our Services; and/or (vi) any conduct or content of any third party on the Services.

10. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of The United States of America, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not be considered a waiver of those rights. If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable by a court, the remaining provisions of these Terms will remain in effect.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion. By continuing to access or use our Services after those revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms.
